In the Eastlake district in Seattle, WA, nestled between a Subway and a teriyaki joint (Seattle’s comfort food), @bigsanford and I ate dinner last night in rockstar Nick Castleberry’s kitchen. This highlight from the night is a warm escarole salad with cauliflower, boquerones, and a healthy dash of pimienton.
